I'm going to try to pack better lunches for myself during the work week. I've gotten in the habit of just grabbing Lean Cuisines or cans of Progresso Light soup. Calorie wise they are great, but I know they are loaded with salt and chemicals. I just need to make the effort to make sandwiches, or homemade soups, etc....

I actually like Ripped in 30 better than 30 Day Shred. I lost 45 pounds doing Jillian's workouts, so yes, if you stick with it they work! Body Revolution is awesome!!!

I tried it for a few weeks, but honestly, I couldn't stand listening to Leandro!!! LOL!!! I am back to my beloved Jillian Michaels workouts. I also felt that some days the workout time was unrealistic, especially after being used to a MAX of 30 minutes with Jillian!

I am also a big fan of Jillian Michaels. Ripped In 30 is great and only about 20-25 minutes long. I also love her Body Revolution program, which is kind of like her version of P90x. I went from driving a Ford Ranger pick-up to an Escape and then to a 4 door Explorer. My dad asked me if I was upgrading to bigger vehicles to accommodate my weight gain. ugh...

It happens to the best of us. When I get tempted I try telling myself that "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"! It doesn't always work. though. :)

I work out at night too. I am not a morning person, so I know I would just be setting myself up for failure if i tried to work out in the mornings!
