People tend to repeat what they hear from others. If you don't have high blood pressure and don't eat them everyday there is nothing wrong with them. They keep the portion under control I add a veggie with them. So go for it whatever works for you :)

Listen to your DR my Mom and I both have it and we suffer bad when we cheat with popcorn, nuts, corn, ect. The seeds will block your intestings and create a bad flare up depending on the amount you eat. If you must eat it eat very small amounts and see how you feel the next day. Good Luck
