I don't have any experience but I'm anxious to hear about anyone who does also. My sister and I were thinking about joining in October. We live in Dallas and there is no way I'm exercising outdoors when it's over 100 degrees!

Do any of you think I should up my calorie consumption to 1400 or 1500 per day?

Thank you for all of your replies. I am trying to tell myself to slow down, not worry, and I'll eventually get there. I know water weight can definitely be a factor. It just seems to overwhelming to gain and not lose!!!
