I went from a 42DD to a 38D and have feel that it's not so much that I've "lost my boobs" as it is they've deflated. They were never perky to begin with (were really just rather saggy and looked best when in a bra) but now they're still saggy and just a hell of a lot flatter. I don't necessarily want implants when I'm…

You're adorable and remind me of Snow White from Once Upon a Time. Well done on your achievement.

So I feel like the oddball saying that you should wear it (as long as you're going to be comfortable in it) but that I don't like the bikini print; it reminds me of upholstery. But that's just me and my opinion and that's why it's your swimsuit and not mine. :)

So that's what that thing is called! I was calling the assisted squat machine since that's basically what it's doing. Haha

That's amazing! I'm only 10 lbs behind you myself. Haha I know that the point of the last photo is supposed to be more along the lines of look at how badass your biceps are now, but I love your big old hairy smile even more. It's just big, cheesy and so damn excited and proud of yourself. Well deserved!

Started out with 160 to lose and I'm 90 down so far. WOO!

Are you sure you aren't borderline overweight due to all of your muscles? Because you look absolutely amazing in your photos and are an inspiration in your before and after side by side shots. But I'm not going to be the one to tell you to stop losing but instead will tell you to keep up the good work.

Definitely incorporate a strength training routine. Because even though you might not see the number falling on the scale, you'll begin to see the inches coming off which will make it look like the number on the scale is smaller when you see yourself in the mirror.

Personally I'm not into all that work so I'll just stick with my La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas that are either 50-80 calories (depending on the size), 12g of fiber and 8g of protein (for the larger sized ones).

I'm actually planning on starting this challenge on the first of the month just because it'll be easier for me to keep track that way. Haha

No one ever told me that I would get cold a lot sooner (i.e. when it's in the 60s I want a light sweater but it used to take me until the 40s or so before I'd really notice it). Of course, it makes sense seeing as how I'm losing my "internal heater" in the form of fat.

My answer is definitely a no. I say this, because even though I'm not at the weight I want to be, I'm currently wearing the same size pants I did when I was 40 lbs lighter (and still overweight at that weight) and it's all thanks to the inches lost through strength training. So I know for sure that when I do eventually hit…

So definitely not your normal type of success story to find on a weight loss site but I am so happy for you. One of my brothers is also a survivor of around 15 years now and I'm so grateful. Congratulations on your amazing happy ending!

Man you must have found some of the rudest Koreans when you were working there because I lived there for 3 years and not a single one ever told me that I was fat (and I weighed over 300 pounds during that time frame!). Granted, I only knew how to say hello and thank you in Korean, so it's totally possible that they were…

I typically use either a half cup of yogurt or half a banana in order to thicken up my protein shakes. Of course, I also don't use peanut butter so I don't know how to make them less thick...

The freezer is your friend! At least for the berries. I've never tried freezing my whole veggies...

Yeah I totally had to go and google this once I started seeing all the responses because I was all, "There's no way in hell this many non-Asians celebrate White Day." Turns out it was a good thing I did as I've never heard of this holiday and I'm fairly certain my husband hasn't either. Haha

I was at the gym at 8am this morning and it was gloriously unpacked. It makes me look forward to when I have to quit my job once my daughter gets out of school for the summer so I can hit up the gym and attack the weights I need. :)

I'm closing in on my 100 lbs lost (I'm at 87.6 right now). I started late December 2011 and have done it all with better eating and exercise.

I started my journey weighing 303 lbs on Jan 1, 2012 and as you can see from my weight loss ticker, I am kicking *kitten* and taking names in the weight loss game. So I'm here to tell you that it is possible to do this. You just have to want it badly enough to never keep giving up (and of course to preferably just stop the…

I log every Friday morning; gain, loss or no change. To be honest, I'm not even sure when my TOM is most of the time as I don't cramp anymore, hardly get cravings, don't get irritable and barely bleed ever since went on birth control again after my son was born two years ago. It's really quite nice. Haha

That is just amazing and ridiculously inspiring as I started this journey as a 24 and hope to be down to an 8-10 by the time I'm done. I'm already halfway through my weight loss and am currently a 16 (which I last wore about 40 lbs lighter than I am currently) so I know there is hope for me yet.

I think it might be easier to see a difference if you were wearing something that was more form fitting (shirt and jeans) rather than a dress which camouflages so much. Of course this isn't incredibly helpful as you can't go back a year in time and change what you were wearing.

So I agree with everyone on the shoes and the few that have mentioned it, running in pants/capris to prevent shorts creeping. The one random thing I'd like to recommend (that doesn't cost anything as long as you already have a smart phone) is the Nike+ Running app. It keeps track of your miles (can even track the mileage…

A protein bar? I know some of them at Walmart can be up around 20g of protein per bar with 180-200 calories and only 2-3g of sugar.

I've no clue how to post pictures on here (mainly because I've never looked it up/no one has told me) but I've lost 78 lbs so far this year and still have roughly another 80 to go. So while I'm not at my goal yet, it has definitely made a difference on me. I've gone from a 24 down to a 16 in that time frame.

I don't remember exactly how much a stone is (and sadly it's too early for me to give a hoot enough to go and Google it) but I want to say it's around 14 lbs per stone but you can totally do this. I started the year off wanting to lose around 160 lbs (that puts me right in the middle of the low and high weights for the…
