I was wondering, if it's not too much hassle, if at the top of each weight group you could put what the columns are for again. Being down at the bottom of the chart I sometimes forget what all the numbers stand for. >_< Haha But if it's too much of a hassle then I totally understand and you're awesome for already doing as…

The smaller you are the less you burn because there's less of you. I've watched my calorie burns slowly decrease from week to week even though I'm doing the same exercises that I was before and that's because there's almost 40 pounds less of me than there was at the beginning of this year.

Fat Army wives unite to become thinner and healthier versions of ourselves! I've been in the lifestyle for the past almost 4 years years but have done nothing but get fatter since I met my husband back in 2004. In fact, I've gained an entire extra person worth of weight! So I have about 150-160 pounds to lose total and I'm…

I started out this year at 303 pounds (so I'm right up there with you with the EWW factor of that) and 4 months later I'm down to 264.6! I want to get around 143 (since apparently that's a healthy weight for me) which means I've got a total of 160 pounds to lose. I've been counting all of my calories, making healthier food…

I've never heard of this show (which honestly isn't a big surprise as I've pretty much lived out of the US pop culture loop for the past 3 years thanks to the military, but I do this. My current countdown is until we PCS from our current overseas duty location back to the United States. While we sadly still don't have an…

I eat a serving of steel cut oatmeal (my particular brand is 170 calories) and I add in 1 oz of blueberries (14 calories) and a packet of splenda. On the weekends if I'm feeling too lazy to cook oatmeal on the stove then I just have a bowl of cereal (anywhere from 110-180 calories) with 1/2 cup of skim milk (40 calories).…

Well I've always been told that muscle helps to burn calories, so therefore it only makes sense (to me at least) that you should still work on lifting weights to help maintain your current muscles and help build on them to help you burn your weight off faster. Of course I could be totally wrong but it's what I've been…

I've been doing this since January 1st and I've yet to actually have a full blown cheat day. Instead I've done cheat meals where I eat Burger King or something (and even then it's the grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo) just so I can tell myself that I'm still eating fast food. And then on those days I still wind up…

What is NROLFW?

Yeah that is with a zero exercise goal and a sedentary lifestyle.

Whenever I'm adding meals that I made I write down everything on a big legal pad; all the items for every ingredient. Then I add them all up, figure out what the serving size is to not make it a calorie nightmare and then do the rest of the math before adding it in. For instance, the braided garlic spaghetti bread is…

Oh so, to maintain my current weight (BOOOO haha) it says that I can eat 2410 calories a day. Then it says that my BMR is 1926, which is a difference of 484 (pre exercise). But then when I actually set my activity level and exercise goals for the week it puts me at 1410 calories, which is a 1,000 calorie difference from…

Happy birthday! And isn't Zumba awesome? I love doing it. I wish I had been able to go last night but my husband didn't get home in time and I had been feeling dizzy pretty much all day long so doing Zumba definitely wouldn't have helped. Haha

It really all just has to do with how you "wear" your weight. I can look at a picture of myself from 2 years ago weighing probably what I do now but I look so much heavier in that photo. That's because in the past 2 years I got pregnant, lost weight while pregnant (go go babies that don't let you keep stuff down and…

So I can totally see how the suggestion that I'm about to make can completely backfire in your face and take away the "ME" factor of your weight lifting time, but have you considered getting her down on the bench and telling her to lift things and put them back down to just give her an idea of how much you need to…

I honestly probably wouldn't record it either since yeah you'll be getting a little resistance with moving your baby through the water but nothing that really gets your heartbeat up and pumping hard.

From my darling 5 year old daughter at dinner one night (in a restaurant no less). She told me that I have blubber. In her defense, they had been learning about the animals of the arctic and how they survive and that they need the blubber to keep them warm. At the time she said this I had already been into my weight loss…

I wish I could remove some of my clothing from my closet. But sadly even 37 pounds down I can still fit into my bigger jeans. They haven't started falling off yet even though I can fit into pants that are 1-2 sizes smaller. Knowing that I can fit into them is great and all but financially I don't see the reason to buy new…

I'd like to be taller. If I were just 2" taller then my BMI would drop by 2.6 points and I wouldn't have to get my jeans hemmed by 3-5"!

Well I currently live in South Korea because my husband is stationed here, and even though the military paid for everything to get us here it was still expensive on us to pay out of pocket for our hotel fees until we found a place to live (yes we eventually got reimbursed for that). But if you're just up and moving without…

Dude I will totally take a Scottish friend! Friend request in the mail :)

Did you mean to say months instead of weeks? Never mind...you fixed it while I was typing this. Haha
-
I've been at this for 15 weeks now and have lost 37.4 pounds, which averages to about 2.5 a week or 10 a month. Of course some weeks are more than others, some weeks the number doesn't move and others I have a small gain. But I'm 37 down with 116 more to go.
-
I just bookmarked it in my browser.
-
Haha I love it!
-
Thanks! I was honestly rather surprised with the amount of the loss given that I ate candy, cake and ice cream this week. But I guess making sure that I worked out and consumed water like a fish helped.

Holy crap your pic is amazing! And best thread ever.
