  • um...no, not an april fool's joke i didn't realize being underweight was that bad... or that i'm already significantly underweight tbh i was just focused on getting thinner and making the number on the scale go down maybe i'll reach out to my doctor and make sure my priorities are straight
  • Starting weight: 105 lbs (110 lbs before MFP) Current weight: 101.7 lbs Goal weight: 95 lbs Height: 5'3.5 Age: 19 (female) I feel like 1200 net calories isn't too bad, it took some getting used to and I have to be cognizant of how much I'm eating, but it's really not that bad considering that I eat back my exercise…
  • Thanks, that's reassuring :) I'll try the water before snack thing! I've heard of that before, but I often forget to do it lol
  • Yeah 1200 is my limit, lol how'd you know? I do eat back my exercise calories though, so usually it's closer to 1500-1700 (depending on how much I run that day). Thanks for the advice :)
  • Thanks, that's kinda reassuring lol I already exercise every day. I run 5-7 days per week, it's a pretty efficient calorie burner. But then it makes me even hungrier lol
  • Thanks for the advice and reassurance! Is a 700 calorie meal considered a binge?? Crap, I didn't know it was THAT bad :/
  • Okay thanks, this answer is helpful! I keep feeling guilty for logging so many calories even tho I'm burning them off. For example, my current calorie target is 1200, and today I ate around 1900 calories, but logged around 750 exercise calories, so according to MFP I was still below my limit. 1900 just sounds like so much…
  • Yeah I guess keeping that in mind is helpful. Like today I went over by like 700 calories, so I was kinda freaking out! But then I realized that because I'm set at a calorie deficit, I'm not actually going to gain weight from it -- I actually ate right at maintenance.
  • Yes, I do eat back my exercise calories, but even with that I find myself going over. I have my activity level set to "active", and on top of that I run every day, anywhere from 3-10 miles. It's just so hard to stay under the limit, even with exercise calories!!
