Somehow I managed to sleep through parkrun yesterday so I had to drag myself around the streets today. I was tired, had a headache and was seriously not feeling it. Tonight was my club’s first Summer Handicap race. I was one of the first to set off but I didn’t get passed by everyone that started after me!
