When we camp, I do beans on toast (our camp stove has a grill), burgers/sausages on the BBQ, risotto (works really well on a camp stove or BBQ), bean stew (a few tins of different beans, tin of tomatoes, spices), scrambled/fried eggs with toast and beans

Have a look at Freshly. It's not cheap but it offers prepared delivered meals that you only need to heat and eat.
-
As the weather is currently turning cooler, I've started having hot squash.

Beans and tomatoes are the base of many curries. Dahl, chickpea and spinach, cauliflower and lentil, and kidney bean curry regularly appear in my rotation.

Apart from protein, what you've listed is not included in UK food labelling so you aren't going to be able to track it.

I'm in the UK. My gym is at the local university so with no students on campus it's quieter anyway. I've been swimming for two weeks now and it's fantastic. You have to book, only one person per lane max, can't use the showers. I've also been to two yoga classes. They've moved classes to much bigger areas, spread everyone…

All rice is GF. I'm coeliac so completely gluten free. I have no trouble eating 1500-1600 calories a day. My diary is open so feel free to have a look. I make nearly all of my meals from scratch and mainly vegetarian.

I'm gluten free due to coeliac. My diary is open but I cook nearly all of my meals from scratch.

I use protein powder in my morning smoothie for two reasons. One is to increase my protein intake. I also am meant to have 1,000mg of calcium per day. I can't stand milk so I have almond milk in my smoothie to help me with that goal.

I'm having fish and chips tonight! I've planned for it by having a slightly smaller breakfast and lunch. The plan is to share a small portion of chips and eat the fish with the batter as served. It fits within my calories for the day so it's not a problem.

I have a couple of these in different colours and really like them. Not tight at all. And they're cheap! https://www.decathlon.co.uk/run-dry-t-shirt-id_8506283.html

I really like the Whey Protein 80 from The Protein Works

43,054 on 26 May last year. Ran a half marathon and walked around the city a lot over the course of the day.

I use Tailwind. The flavours are really nice and it mixes very well in water.

Most of my leggings have a pocket that my phone fits in. If they don't I use a Buddy Pouch. For longer distances and races where I need water and fuel I use a Saloman Pulse Belt. It's the only running belt I've used that doesn't move or bounce.

I was sceptical too but got my first pair a few weeks ago. Total game changer for me.

I'm setting a goal of 50 miles this month. I've just started a 5k to 10k plan to increase my distance over the summer. Next race is a 7k on 7/7.

Another PB at parkrun this morning of 36:51 even though it was very warm. I took 1:51 off my previous best and I’m down nearly 4 minutes since Christmas Day. I only wanted sub 38 today and somehow managed sub 37! Good luck to everyone racing this weekend

I'm in for 60k, same as last month. I also want to make sure I run 3 times per week.

Final run of the month was the usual Monday night with my running club. I didn’t hit my goal for the month but that’s ok. This is the very first month I’ve ever run consistently so I’m really happy with that. My goal going forward is to gradually up my distance ready for my 7k race in July. 01.04.18 10k 04.04.18 5.6k…

It was cold, windy and raining when I got home from work. But I laced up my trainers and met my club mates and ran 3.7 miles for Matt. Because I can and he can’t. It’s been amazing to watch the running community’s response over the last few days in this sad situation. 01.04.18 10k 04.04.18 5.6k 08.04.18 5k 14.04.18 5.9k…

On Sunday at the London Marathon, 29 year old Matt Campbell collapsed after 22.5 miles and sadly later passed away. This week, thousands of runners around the UK, and the world, are running 3.7 miles to finish the run for Matt. Tonight I, along with my running club, will be running 3.7 miles to finish the marathon that…

I would like to do more but there aren't that many around here that are short enough for me just now! The 7k in July is part trail and the 10k in October is all trail.
-
Thanks! I'll definitely be keeping them separate. I only compared them this time because I thought I would be a lot slower on the trail!

I did my first ever trail race today. 5k in 39:03 which is 21 seconds slower than my road pb. Spring has finally arrived! Lovely run this afternoon in the sun up the local greenway. It’s an old railway line so it’s relatively straight and flat. Farthest I’ve ever run without stopping. 01.04.18 10k 04.04.18 5.6k 08.04.18 5k 14.04.18 5.9k Total 26.5/60 Upcoming races: 22.04.18 The Longhorn Trail 5k
