Did Rebecca Louise’s 5 minute Plank Workout this morning. I struggled a bit due to my bony elbow feeling pressured but I still got it done. I am going to put something softer over my yoga mat tomorrow.

The power walk was easy. I did jogging instead on my toe. The leisurely walk was very painful even with braces.

Yesterday was a 45 minute easy walk which I missed since I was driving, today is a 30 minutes power walk. I am going to try to do both today.

30 minute power walk today. I have an inflamed Achilles tendinitis. I ordered braces from amazon last night but it is not coming in until Friday. I have to the toe power walking I guess.

Today we have a 45 minute power walk or as MFP likes to call it very brisk walk for those of us who are in week 5. Make sure you do a 2-3 minutes warm up and cool down. Good luck.

I use the app and when that happens I close the app and restart and it is fine.
