  • Have you tried indoor walking and I don’t mean on treadmill. There are a lot of YouTube indoor walking videos. I do indoor running and walking when I need to get my 10,500 steps in for the day and it is either very late at night or too hot.

  • I couldn’t do the 60 minutes easy walk. It was still in the 90+ last night at 10 pm. I walked for 52 minutes. I will be doing the 30 minutes optional power walk today.
