I would say it’s for my mental health....I can be like a bit of a pressure cooker..... and training is like my release.... it’s my time away from everyone and everything....

I’m 45 and I follow calorie control and macro tracking as well as my training...happy to encourage as much as possible👌

The pic on the left would normally be way out of my comfort zone.... but at 45 I’m not really bothered now, I’m not fully ok but feel better about it. It has taken a lot of discipline and commitment but today I finally hit 170lb (169.9 to be exact) it took me 20 months but these 2 pics are from this year, right is 01.01.20…

Hey there, I’m UK based and like to encourage and support people. I don’t do any fad diets I just track my macros and eat sensibly. I like to train a lot but it’s more fitness related and and feel good factor than trying to impress other people👌
