mixing elliptical with strength/ab excersises
Hi,was just wandering if there was any benefit to mixing elliptical with ab exercises etc,for example 10 mins elliptical,5 mins crunches/planks/pressups then back on the elliptical for 10,and maybe finish with another 5 of the crunches? At the moment I tend to do 15/20 mins on elliptical,or some days do 2 reps of the 7…
