1/2 thru, need some motivation
I'm 1/2 done with my weight loss and starting to have a hard time sticking to my diet and exercise. I haven't done anything yet to dissuade my weight loss but I think I need a new friend or two to help keep me on course. I started out at 273, I'm now at 215, and i'd like to be 170. Maybe someone else is in the same boat?
