Meal replacement Shakes- Idealshape??
I am looking for a good meal replacement shake. Has anyone tried the Idealshape shakes? They seem to be rated the highest and best price per shake but I was hoping to find someone that has actually used them. Trying to jump start things and honestly I am the worst about not eating breakfast, thought this would get me going…
