Looking for new friends to help stay on track. (Keto)
Hi this is my four hundredth try at this weight loss thing. I am sick of it. Beyond sick of it actually. How I look that is. I need/ want to change for the best. Decided to go with the keto diet and so far so good. But its only been a week and that crab craving keeps sneaking in. Anyone do this? How do you carb craving?
