Need to lose my extra weight!!!!
Hi everyone, I'm looking to lose weight that i have gained from a back injury nearly 7 years a go and also to lose my baby weight as it hasn't really gone anywhere in the last 3 years, it's just stuck around!! Kind Regards LJ
