Numark omegal 3 fish oil
Hi! Just bought these Numark omega 3 fish oil capsules. When i try to track them on myfitnesspal, it says that they have 0 calories. I would have thought that they would have some form of calories in them as they are a form of fat. does anyone know what the correct calorie amount is for these capsules?
