Hopefully the feeling I felt the past couple weeks and tracking everything I eat will be enough motivation to keep going! Lovin it!
I have always had Large calves and I have heard to be careful with exercising them cause they will muscle up more ! I do weights at the Y and also walk 3 miles. Ugh I don't want that! I just want the fat to go away and don't want big bulky looking calves they are already big enough! I want them gone! Any suggestions?
Well new here! Been going to Y off and on for over a yr. Decided with my fibro and other things I got to stick to it and Lose this weight and get healthier! Got the Nutribullet and LOVE it! Going to the Y and been doing 1 hr on weights and walking 3 miles on the track! I just need to stick with it cause I feel so awesome…
