Hello everyone! I'm back after a long break from MFP! I lost 40 lbs, and thought I didn't need to log anymore.. I was wrong. I feel like maintaining is harder than losing the weight. So, here I am - back to get rid of the 14 lbs that came back so fast!!! Have a great day!
Hi, I recently lost almost 40 pounds... I'm 45 years old, started around 197 lbs and currently 160. I'm 5'8. I'm thrilled with the loss, I did cardio while losing the weight.. walking, bike riding/spinning. I'm very jiggly LOL especially my legs and stomach.
