I'm relatively new to MFP and i'm wondering if anyone else thinks its counterproductive for MFP to add exercise calories to the allotted calorie goal. My fitbit is saying I'm overbudget for today but when I go to the dashboard it still says I have a ton of calories left. Any guesses what this could mean? Is this the calories I haven't burned? Very confused!
