Hi all-2 weeks in and gaining weight!?
Hi everyone! New to this forum. I'm 2 weeks in, been logging faithfully, staying at my calories and exercising 3-4 times a week (cardio and strength) and am GAINING weight! :( My goal is to lose one pound a week so I know it will take time but I wasn't expecting to gain. i will add that I am 50 years old.
