I've been stagnate for a week and I fear that I might be eating too few calories if i cut some more
Ok guys. I need help Here are my stats: 5'9" male, 187lbs, 2000 calorie diet I lift weights in the morning and at night i do some cardio which according to the combined eliptical/treadmill i burn about 450 or so calories...these are pretty much steady state cardio...i used to play basketball a lot but due to my messed up…
