I don't know where to start. Any tips?
I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I want to get to 118 before my next birthday, in mid-March. I use to be 150 and I lost 10 lbs over the last few months without trying, but I'm tired of being overweight and I want to get it shape. I know the basics, I know that 3500 calories = 1 lb, and that kind of stuff. But I really have no idea…
