Hi there, Im new to MFP and while logging my details, I noticed it gave me a ratio of 50/20/30, Carbs/Protein/Fat. That's just insane, no? I've changed the ratio to 40/40/20, Carbs/Protein/Fat. So is this any good and what would you guys recommend?
