How to track a salad when the calories in MFP vary BIG time??
Seems like a silly question, but I eat alot of salads Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onion a tiny bit of feta with light salad dressing (2 tbsp). When I go to track this the results are vary so much in regards to calories. How does everyone else track a salad? Do you track everything separate?
