Six years ago, at 57 years old, I was at a great weight--127 to 129. Hiked regularly. Did Leslie Sansone DVDs every day. And I felt terrific. But six years later I have gained at least 30 pounds (I am scared to face the scale after all that chocolate) and the doc says I should lose at least 20. Thing is, I am worried that…
