Stubborn Stone
Hi All, Is there anyone out there struggling to shift a stone in weight? I'm 5ft 6in and I weigh 12st (168lb) and I would b quite happy to reach 11st so I would be in the normal weight range for my height. I lose a couple of pounds here and there but then I always seem to get back to 12 stone at some point. Would be good…
