Hey there! I had a question, I guess it might be a matter of opinion..But I like to do Zumba at home because I don't like people watching me work out. Do you wear your athletic shoes on your carpet while working out at home? Or will it ruin it? But also on the flip side, could you injure yourself going barefoot? Thank you!
Does anyone have any tips for Running in the cold? I just started Couch to 5K, but i've had to take some time off because it's become below freezing outside. I want to continue, and I can not afford a gym membership... Any suggestions? Thank you!
