Nutrition Facts: 110 calories, 22 grams carbs 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin 2 cups light whipped topping 1 sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix (dry) 1 cup skim or 1% milk Combine milk and pudding mix.
