I have been actively avoiding sugar in processed foods but sugar is prevalent in fruits and veggies. Do the two types of sugars count the same? If I eat fruit for breakfast, my sugar intake is almost used up for the rest of the day.
I use Map My Walk on my android phone and My Fitness Pal on my laptop. I would like to sync them. Is there a way? Also, is there a way to reduce the number of glasses of water that I input in error and would like to revise the amount so that it is correct. Thanks
