Savory then sweet ((my bad habit))
Everytime I eat a meal, my body craves something sweet to finish it off. If I don't eat something sweet, I usually end up feeling hungry & binge eat. However if I choose to give into my cravings, then one sweet thing leads to the next.... How can I break this cycle? Does this happen to anyone else?

Ive lost 100 pounds in the last year. I thought this would make everything better, but its only gotten worse. I find myself comparing my looks to others. Ive already lost 90 pounds in the last two years but this double stomach is my worst nightmare. Im 28 no kids. Any exercises to get this flat? Or is surgery the only option?
