Scale or something else?
Okay, quick scenerio. Scale says a 20 pound gain since summer. All my clothes fit the same as they did 20 pounds ago. I've been at that weight before and I know what wouldn't fit. I've been using my Fitbit for almost two years, have had it synched to MFP. Lately I've been more active and greatly exceeding my step goal.
