I'm new to the group, but on MFP for a few years and needing support. I've put on 30 pounds the last 5 years and I want to get control of my weight before my health declines. Is everyone in this group also on MFP? Thanks for letting me join.
I've been on MFP on and off for the last two years and just can't seem to stick with the plan, staying @ 1200 calories and 30 minutes of walking. So today I'm starting again--30 pounds over weight...ugh, sigh... :(
