So I have been deadlifting and squatting for some time now but I need some insight on how to improve my form and weight that I can lift. Any advice??
I have begun macro counting, but honestly I need some more advice about it. Like in regards to it in any way possible. I would love to hear y'alls input on it. I will literally take any advice. Things that have helped you. The most difficult thing about it etc. Thanks Y'all.
