I have had a difficult time losing any weight as of late. I lost 45 pounds since last march and I have a goal to lose 60 pounds total. I go to the gym everyday and burn between 800-1000 calories and I consume @ 1500-1800 calories a day which is about what I'm suppose to consume. Why aren't I able to lose any more weight?…
