I've decided to focus on getting some weight off and getting back in shape, I've been below the 240 mark for over a week now and can see the below 230 mark right on the horizon. This food tracking program is great for seeing where my calories are coming from and helps to adjust my food intake.
Time to jump back into fitness and weight loss, really had a slick year in 2014, just was lazy and didn't put forth the effort to get myself in the king of shape I would like to be in, this is the year.
