Giving myself a years time to at least reach my ideal weight which I remember attaining. Height : 5'5" Current weight : 90kg (200 lbs) Target weight: 65kg (143 lbs) Need to lose: 28kgs (approximately 60 lbs) Planning to follow Low carb diet with 30 mins to 40 mins of moderate exercise.
