Hello. On your FD do you take the calories burned during exercise and add that to the 500? Example a bike ride might he 150 calories so that mean that you can have 500 calories or 650 calories. Thanks a lot
Hello, After having my children I found that with running around after them, my eating habits became terrible. I have around 5 kg to loose and plan on doing it on the 5:2 diet. Is there anybody else doing it so that we can encourage each other? Anybody with great tips on how you did well on the diet? Have a great day Emma
