Hey im new(kinda)
Hey, I'm Erin from Cheshire, and im looking to get strong again and lose the 4 stones i put back on last year! I suffer from a few health conditions which can limit my mobility so im here mainly to build up my muscle strength. Its always good to have some support along the way so feel free to say hi :)
