6 days out - insomnia and cold cold feet
Hello all! I'm 6 days out from sleeve surgery and feel much better than I anticipated. I'm having issues with insomnia and freezing cold feet. Has anyone else run across that? I'm diabetic, CPAP, high BP and borderline cholesterol. Looking forward to being med free and CPAP free.
Staying "regular"
Ok folks, I'm 1 month out from VSG. I need some tips on staying regular. I realize I may not go everyday now but want are you finding is the new normal for you and tips you have to get "my mail moving" with out miralax or dulcolax or milk of magnesia. Many thanks!
