Setting goals is important, I know that. But do you set a short term goal and change it as you reach said goal? Or do you set one long term goal and just go for it? OR do you set both long and short term and confuse the hell out of yourself? lol
I'm looking for a new activity tracker. I have the Bodymedia Core now, but the strap broke. I like it, but since Bodymedia was taken over by Jawbone, they don't replace anything. So what do you all use? My price cap is around $150-$200CDN. TIA.
