so new i cant figure out how to add people
I have a mini goal of losing 20 lbs, but need to loose over 100 lbs to be in my BMI. I started 3 weeks ago. Im doinbg low carb and monthly squat, sit up, and plank challenges. Please add me so we can motivate each other! Also if someone can I've me instructions on how to add that would be awesome.!!!! Thanks
