Started at 320. At 272 now. Going for 240. Lots of water. And fruits and veggies as much as possible. And plenty of exercise. Then do the same calories. Everyday
So far ive lost 46 pounds. From 320 to 274. My goal is 240. I exercise. Drink lots of water and try to eat as much fruit andveggies as possible. I seem to get by on 1200 calories a day.
