Explain to me how salad greens, ranch dressing, meats and cheeses bump my post meal blood sugar to 148? Do green veggies really have that much affect?
It's been a while since I've done low carb and I am a type 2 diabetic. It seems as I get older and currently I'm approaching my mid 40s, my body doesn't adapt to change as quickly/well as it did when I was younger.
