7lbs weight loss buddy wanted
Hello, I am new to My Fitness Pal.... I gained 7lbs over the holidays with my overindulgence and really need a weight loss buddy to check in and support me to lose it. 1-2 lbs per week as I still want to have a glass of wine and a treat on the weekends. looking forward to hearing from you!
