good morning, new to the group, going to be 41 next month! I quit smoking for 40 and now want to lose the weight that i have put on over the last decade. I feel stronger in my 40's and could use all the support I can get. I am mother of two boys that keep me busy 10 and 6, married to my wonderful husband for 13 yrs. thanks
Hi there, I have tried this tracking thing before on WW, but always seem to stop or find an excuse why I can't or don't have time anymore....but now 40 going on 41 and I feel I need to lose the weight for me and my kids. So if you have any tricks for staying motivated and tracking I am all ears!!!
