Need to lose 18 lbs, can't seem to lose the weight
I'm currently at 148lbs and I'm usually at or slightly below my calorie goal (which is 1480). I get at least 20 (usually 40) minutes of a mix of cardio and strength training everyday, yet I can't seem to lose the weight at all.
