Some days I feel so fit and heading into the right direction then I get on the scale and I'm up. I am stuck between 228-230. Started at 237 July 13th. I get so frustrated sometimes! Just venting, advice would be nice :)
I'm starting my MFP again. I lost about 30 pounds last year. I went through a rough time last year same time, lost 20 pounds in a bad way. Now I'm over weight and I need help. I am now 235 and would like to drop to 200. Any advice? Thank youu
