Hi all. I'm fairly new here and thought I'd say hello to everyone. Used to track on the Livestrong app but moved from that to My Fitness Pal. I'm in the middle of a P90X/Insanity hybrid workout with a weekly run or two thrown in for good fun. Feel free to friend me as the motivation and accountability is always encouraging.
Is anyone doing a P90X with Insanity hybrid workout routine? If so, what workouts do you do and which order do you do them in?
