Hi Everyone! Is anyone here pre-diabetic? What kind of foods do you eat and exercising do you do to help this?
Hi all!! So I'm getting back into tracking food and exercise. I stopped a little less than 2 years ago because of QBP surgery and an Aortic Dissection surgery. THEN I had back surgery. It was a lot I know. But, I'm back better than ever and looking forward to getting back on the MYFITNESSPAL Train.
